Things to remember
- It is advisable not to wait until your medication supply has been depleted before requesting a prescription renewal.
- Please indicate which items you need by ticking them on the slip and returning it to the surgery.
- Although we aim to have a 24-hour turnover for prescriptions, there may be times of exceptional demand, especially with an increase in our patient list size and volume of requests. In such cases, we may have to extend the prescription turnover to 48 hours.
- You can collect your prescriptions during our opening hours, which are from Monday to Friday.
Please note: We regret that we CANNOT take repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
Medication reviews
Patients who are on regular medication may be requested to make an appointment for a medication review.
To prevent any avoidable delays to further prescriptions, please make sure to book an appropriate appointment.
