My Health Online
My Health Online is an online service brought to you from NHS Wales and offers patients the convenience to book GP appointments and order repeat prescriptions online.
If you wish to register to use the My Health Online please call into the Surgery to request a My Health Online Account Form. Please bring proof of identity documents with you.
Proof of Identity is necessary to protect patient confidentiality. Identification documents should confirm your full name, residential address and date of birth. This must include photo ID such as a passport or new style driving licence and an appropriate household bill.

My Surgery App
My Surgery app available for IOS and android devices that puts all information in one place to make it easier for patients to access Practice related online information. The Practice can send notifications directly to app users and can easily update news articles or events. It also provides links to MHOL or eConsult and allows the patient to submit admin queries to the Practice directly from the app such as change of address.
eConsult
eConsult is an online questionnaire that provides self-help advice and/or submits an electronic form to the GP Practice to avoid contacting via telephone or in person. The eConsult is allocated appropriately within the Practice and the patient is provided with a response via text and/or email to inform them of when they will receive a response from a clinician if necessary. If an appointment is required the patient will be informed via text and/or email. Administration queries can also be dealt with such as sick paper requests and test results.
